Steven Booras received his Master's Degree in Accounting in 1995 from California State University of Hayward. Steve worked in audit for a few years and then many years as a Corporate Controller/CFO in the high tech industry. After years in Corporate Finance, I decided to look into Real Estate Finance. My fresh new start was UPG Financial. Steve worked for UPG, Inc. from 2003-2008 and ended his tenure as a corporate partner. In 2009, Steve had the ambition to start his own company, Bay Capital Mortgage. Steve was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California.
