Steve has been helping clients with their mortgages since 2003. Being raised in a family of football coaches, he moved around a bit while growing up, and feels this has helped him better understand people as they navigate big life decisions like moving and purchasing a home. He began his career in Santa Monica, CA before moving to Bend in 2006. He spent 11 years at Wells Fargo Private Mortgage in Bend prior to joining Newrez, which switched to its parent company's name, NewRez, in 2023. He has extensive experience in Jumbo, Conforming and Government financing. Steve has a passion for helping his clients, new and existing, through the home financing process in a collaborative, transparent process.
