He is now co-owner and rainmaker of the Action Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty, and is fully committed to expanding outside of Connecticut, to help even more families make their dream come true.Prior to falling in love with being a real estate agent, and subsequently "tying the knot", Steve gained invaluable experience in property valuation, working with a Real Estate Owned (REO) brokerage, before going on to form his own company around property valuation and REO task work. Included in the many skills and competencies he has acquired during his six years since becoming an agent are: educating first time home buyers about the process, a thorough understanding of mortgage products and programs, excellent negotiating skills, analysis of income producing properties, and property renovation and construction consultation.
