My name is Steve McCauley and I am a Realtor at Edina Realty in Rochester, Minnesota. Home restoration, building, project planning, and real estate have been a major part of my life since my earliest days. My parents were always buying and selling land, or building, restoring and selling houses. Following my graduation from college, I began my own home journey, running a restoration and painting business for over 20 years. For hundreds of customers I performed carpentry, historical restoration work, project planning and painting. At 25, I bought my first home which was a massive 100-year-old "fixer upper" in downtown Detroit, and have since restored and sold several of my own homes. I am currently rehabbing a rustic colonial revival in the woods of Southwest Rochester. With my years of restoration work and extensive knowledge of homes, and the experience of what it takes for each home to reach its full potential, I have a unique skill set as a realtor.
