We have been serving the home loan needs of our clients and community since 1989, and have been in our present location since September of 1992. We've been through the good markets and the bad. We listen to our clients, study their particular situation, determine financial needs, and then make recommendations. We match our clients with the best loan programs available, at the lowest interest rates possible! We SOLVE our client's financial problems, and look for ways to make our clients even more financially successful! Steve Murillo grew up in the South Bay. He graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering. He was commissioned as a Marine, attended pilot training and became a jet pilot. When he left the Marines, he became a satellite engineer at TRW. In 1989 he got his broker's license and began his practice as a mortgage broker. In 1992 he opened his own brokerage in downtown Manhattan Beach, and has been in the same location ever since. He has served the financial and real estate needs of hundreds of clients over the years, and continues to enjoy the dynamics and challenges of an ever changing mortgage market.
