Stephen Nemec graduated from Willamette University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He attended law school at the University of Idaho and received his Juris Doctor in 2005. Mr. Nemec is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and Idaho State Bar Association. He is also a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) and the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL). He currently serves on the board of both the Idaho State Bar's Intellectual Property and Worker's Compensation Sections. Locally, he serves on the board of the Coeur d' Alene Public Library Foundation.
