I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2010 with my wife and 2 young daughters who are currently 8 and 10 years old, and have enjoyed making Myrtle Beach my new home. The area has great weather, nice people, and plenty of recreation. My specialties are negotiations with buyer and sellers to come to a mutually agreeable sale.
