Denis is a full time resident of the Villages in Central Florida and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. After a very successful career in the Automotive Retail Business, he turned his sights to a rewarding Career in Real Estate. Denis has a BA Degree from the University of West Florida with a major in Accounting. Denis has been able to use his 45 years of practical business experience in sales to blend a unique insight into how to run and manage a successful Real Estate practice. Denis has marketed and sold residential, commercial and land throughout Florida for over 18 years. He is the Owner and Instructor for RElicensenowlive.com and instructing Real Estate agents through live and online classroom instruction, mentoring and coaching. Denis is a Florida Association of Realtors Faculty Member, instructing other Realtors in Sales and Marketing, Negotiating and Counseling for the Graduate Realtor Institute. He is certified in Continuing Education courses for the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors including: Roadmap to a Successful Closing Short Sale Essentials Working with the Residential Investor Realtor Safety Matters He regularly instructs agents in Contract preparation and negotiation skills. His goals are to provide the tools needed to own and operate a successful Real Estate business.
