Stephen Lascher is a Sales Manager and a key member of the Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking team in New York. Since joining Wells Fargo in 2003, his consistent high performance has placed him in the top 1% nationally for two decades, earning him membership in the prestigious President's Club. Stephen's expertise lies in new development end-loan financing, along with condominiums, co-ops, and multi-family properties, and he draws on experience from over $4 billion in funded residential mortgage transactions. Before Wells Fargo, Stephen worked in Equity Research at UBS Warburg and Morgan Stanley, and he holds a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Social and Economic Policy from Boston University.
