Stephanie Salanik grew up in Quakertown, Bucks County. She graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia and received a Master Photographic Craftsman degree for her work as a mentor and photographer before becoming a licensed agent. It was a natural progression as she and her family members were real estate investors already. She currently splits her time between Springfield Township in Bucks County and Bonita Springs in Lee County with her son Robert and cat Steve. She also became licensed in Florida in 2021 and serves the areas of Eastern Pennsylvania, Northwestern New Jersey, and Southwest Florida. She has earned the distinctions of ABR, SRS, and RSPS. She can handle every aspect of a real estate sale from residential to commercial to rentals to redevelopment and rehabbing. Her years of experience working with some of the biggest investors in the Lehigh Valley, investing in short term rentals and flipping homes personally has given her the distinction of an Investment Specialist Realtor.
