I am a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) & I'm also the Lead Broker for Dupuis Team . We are a top producing real estate team in Kitsap County with extensive experience in short sales, foreclosures/REOs, probate/estate sales, and first hand experience with investment properties. Our listings typically sell for 2.88% more than other listings in our area. Our buyers save on average over 3% on their purchases compared to other buyer sales in our area. Dupuis Team works diligently to serve our clients. I have long been involved in real estate as has my family across several generations. Two of my Uncles pioneered RE/MAX in the Seattle area and owned offices there. My parents found that owning apartments in the Seattle area worked well. Through mentoring of family and friends I became an investor with a focus on single and multi-family residential units and development properties. I found that my passion for real estate was paralleled to my passion for teaching and for music. As a result, I have found that I can help people realize their future potential in a much bigger way by helping them with their real estate needs.
