Stephanie Rice counsels clients on domestic and international trademark, trade dress, and copyright law matters, including clearance, portfolio management, prosecution, licensing, risk management, defense, and enforcement. Stephanie is a member of the Trademark, Copyright, and Advertising group in Intellectual Property. Stephanie began at Foley as a summer associate. As a law student, she conducted research for the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy and represented FOIA requesters through the Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic. Before law school, she worked for Epic Systems as a technical writer.
