S. Stephanie Hahn is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn. She is a member of the firm's Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Groups. Stephanie returned to the firm in 2026 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Patricia A. Millett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the Honorable Robert W. Lehrburger of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Stephanie received her Juris Doctor in 2022 from The George Washington University Law School, where she was named a member of The Order of the Coif, a George Washington Scholar, and served as the first Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Editor-in-Chief of The George Washington Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree in 2012 from Bryn Mawr College. Prior to attending law school, Stephanie worked in South Korea, China, and New York City in various strategic communication consultancy roles, including at the United Nations Development Programme. Stephanie is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey .
