Icurrently manage a 3 million dollarreal estate investment portfolio.My main dutiesincludebuying and sellingreal estate, General Contractingany repairs needed and property managingover 50 properties. Thishas drastically increased my knowledgeabout the opportunityin real estate, and hasgiven meexperiencethat yearsof education could not. Marketing is my favorite part of real estate, and being in the investment real estate world I have learned thatpresentation is everything. I have found that staging,conformity and functionality are the most important items when itcomes to sellinga home.I am blessed tobe in aposition that I have developed an eyefor all three of these.
