Bentley's journey into real estate began with a high school senior project and has since evolved into a dynamic career as the Principal Owner of Beachworks LLC, a leading real estate investment firm in Seattle. After launching and later selling a landscaping business in the early 2000s, he transitioned into commercial real estate before co-founding Beachworks. Bentley has been instrumental in building two high-performing sales teams--one focused on sourcing off-market, value-add opportunities, and the other on listing new construction developments. Together, these teams have closed over 700 transactions and generated more than $800 million in sales volume, helping position Beachworks as a market leader in Seattle's single-family infill space.In addition to Beachworks, Bentley has since expanded his entrepreneurial footprint by launching other ventures in the real estate space, including Promissory Capital. His work now spans business development, acquisitions, and strategic oversight of development projects across the region. He's known for his clear vision, operational insight, and passion for building businesses that elevate both clients and team members. Outside of work, Bentley enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children--Tucker, Georgia, and Waylon.
