    Always get personal phone calls. I can call and tell them I want to pay my bill and they know who I am. I wouldnt choose anyone else for insurance. Never had one issue and everyone I talk to is always so pleasant. Thanks!

    Let me just say, Steele agency especially Carolyn Ramsey has saved me and my family around $2440 a year on auto and homeowners insurance!
    I was with USAA for 24 years and they raised the rates $2000 for 1 year of home insurance!!

    Steele made sure I was taken care of when one of his clients ran into my vehicle. He wasnt even at the office. He was off site. Joe is so friendly and helpful when you contact the office!
