Our brand new home has extremely poor craftsmanship throughout pretty much the entire house. My husband and I emailed the president, Todd, and he didn’t even have the decency to respond.
Working with Todd was great! I asked him tons of questions and he never seemed bothered or impatient. He was willing to go above and beyond to settle any inquiries we had.
We bought our Stateson home (Kinloch) in Dec 2022 -- currently FOR SALE as we prep to move out of state -- Stateson has been outstanding to work with from the original purchase through the close walk-through and other punch-list timelines.
