After obtaining his MBA from Arizona State University, Stan began his career in the mortgage industry in 1976. He has held a number of different positions in mortgage banking, ranging from Loan Officer, to Branch Manager, to Regional Vice President. This has given him a level of perspective and experience that few others in the industry possess. When Stan founded The Advantage Mortgage Group in 1994, he set out to create a different kind of mortgage company. He wanted a company that obsessively sought to create remarkable customer experiences. He wanted his company to be known for placing the value of the relationship over the value of the deal. He wanted to build a staff that understood the value of expertise, efficiency, and quality. And he was passionate about creating a corporate culture of service to the community. Under Stan's leadership, The Advantage Mortgage Group has adopted the values of its founder, and has grown to become one of the premier mortgage companies in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. In addition to a wealth of hands-on industry experience, Stan is one of less than 50 nationwide who have earned both the prestigious Certified Mortgage Consultant and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist designations awarded by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, equipping him with a level of knowledge that is simply unmatched in the industry. He lives in northeast Phoenix with his wife, Barb, their son, Jacob, two dogs and a cat. Daughters Rachel and Brianna are in college at NAU and ASU respectively.
