Interior Design - Residential, Commercial, Corporate. We begin with an initial consultation that takes a few hours. This is where the client describes how they would like to renovate their property. Consultation fee is due upon completion of consultation. Any work following the consultation is billed at an hourly rate. Pricing will be negotiated to get the lowest possible discount for the client on any items needed for purchase to renovate the property. Invoices are sent, along with a timesheet allocating time spent on the project, at the end of the month. Payment is due within 30 days.
