Hi my name is Spencer Meadows, I work with buyers and sellers in the Residential Real Estate Reno/Sparks/Northern Nevada market. I represent investors that purchase homes cash and in any condition. I grew up in the Real Estate business as my father was a Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor. My resume shows over 10 years' experience overseeing 1,000+ residential building projects as well as a General Contractors License. My experience includes lots of new construction as well as rehab projects; my personal skills include painting, drywall, structural framing, architectural drawings, CMU concrete walls, roofing, and general carpentry. The last decade I've developed a sales approach where I listen to my customers, retain/maintain relationships and show value in each customer I serve.
