In 1989, Skip incorporated the Barbour Corporation, a Real Estate Corporation specializing in sales, management, and construction. After managing over 2,000 apartment units, over 1,000,000+ square feet of commercial properties and over 200 single-family homes, Skip sold the management division of Barbour Corporation to a local real estate company.
