Established in 1998 , K&M Skiby & Sons specializes in one of a kind handmade furniture that is not available elsewhere. We build custom furniture, doors, wine cellars ,cabinets, architectural features and anything else made out of wood. We are a Family Business and are a very small operation. Every Piece is one of a kind, Built with old world techniques, such as mortise and tenon construction, Free Hand Carving and a minimum of a 5 step finishing process that increases the depth of the wood grain and quality of the finish. We use no CNC machines or computer generation to produce our pieces; we believe that if the woodworking masters of the past were able to achieve such quality without computers we should try to carry on that tradition.This results in heirloom quality furniture, that is timeless, and will last for generations.
