As a Real Estate Agent, I enjoy helping people buy and sell properties. I talk with clients to find out what kind of property they want and what they are willing to sell or pay for a property while asking specific amenities they're seeking. I work with buyers to find properties that suit their needs, use websites and flyers to describe properties, often work nights and weekends showing properties to customers, set up open houses of properties on the market and advertise homes for sale. When the sale is pending, I work with the other party agent to offer and counter offer bids on the properties. As a Property Manager, I attract tenants by advertising, show units/houses, contracts with tenants by negotiating leases, collect security deposit, rents, pay bills such as repairs, utilities, etc. I maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy and procedures by confronting violators, inspect vacant units/houses and complete repairs. I enforce precautionary policies and procedures, respond to emergencies.
