In 2008, Sherry made a bold move and left her successful appraisal company to venture into the mortgage industry alongside her husband, Rich Flanery where she became a top-producing Branch Manager. And now, in 2022, she has taken the helm as Broker Owner of Peak Capital Mortgage, further cementing her status as a trusted authority in the real estate world. In her personal life, she is a proud wife and mother of two graduates. Sherry has also been a competitive swimmer for most of her life and has coached High School and Masters Swim teams.
