Sherrie Rashid, CEO of The Rashid Group, LLC, is a Maryland Real Estate Professional with over 24 years of experience. Her unique approach blends her passion for art, design, and real estate, offering clients a creative and comprehensive perspective. Sherrie specializes in helping homebuyers and sellers not only navigate their real estate transactions but also visualize, design, and transform their spaces into dream homes. Sherrie began her real estate journey with RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc., where she initially supported the business as an assistant to her husband, Owner Naji Rashid, while working as a Licensed Insurance Agent. She became a licensed Realtor to expand her contributions, eventually rising to the position of Chief Marketing Officer. Under her leadership, the office grew to over 60 agents, serving Baltimore City and counties across Maryland since 2001. As an artist and design enthusiast, Sherrie is currently pursuing her degree in Interior Design at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Catonsville campus. She served as President of the CCBC Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
