Shelley L. Murray represents and advises employers on labor and employment law matters. Her practice focuses on representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigating labor and employment matters at the state and federal level, Shelley provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting personnel policies, handbooks, employment and separation agreements, arbitration agreements, and other employment-related documents.During law school, she was actively involved in providing pro bono legal services and was awarded the Pro Bono Honors Award. Shelley interned for the United States Department of Justice, U.S. Trustee Program.
