I have been a full time Real Estate agent since 2021. During this time I have used my real estate knowledge to help people with all of their real estate needs. Having a teachers heart, I truly enjoy helping those who are first time home buyers or sellers and educating them along their real estate journey. Prior to selling real estate I was in low income housing property management. This background prepared me well for being able to assist buyers with budgeting for their new home, and sellers with preparing their home to sell with the goal of reaching as many buyers as possible. I live in Mt Vernon Ohio with my husband and my bonus daughter. My favorite things to do is spend time with my family, specifically my nieces and nephews, all 11 of them. My career as a Realtor allows me the flexibility to attend their little league baseball and softball games which is truly what I love doing. I am very involved with my community including being a board member of the Exchange Club of Mt Vernon & Knox County where we focus on Americanism, Community Service and Youth Programs. I am also a member of 100+ Women Who Care, and the Area Director for AmSpirit Business Connections where my focus is supporting other local small business owners. These connections in the community allow me to better serve my clients and help them make connections when needed. One of my favorite clients to work with are those who live out of state and need to sell a family members home here in Central Ohio. Partnering with other business professionals in the community allow me to be your trusted "boots on the ground" gal when you need to sell a family home. I can help you with the process from start to finish (removing personal items, repairs, cleaning, etc).
