On every project, we treat our client's home as if we are working on our own home. Your home will be kept as clean as possible during work and work areas will be cleaned after the job is done. Currently we employ 7 people and also have very close, long lasting relationships with many excellent tradesmen who have 20 to 30 years of experience. These men are licensed, bonded, & insured specialty sub-contractors whom we have known personally for several years. To obtain city permits & complete most large jobs legally, it is required to sub-contract certain trades. In-Home consultations are free of charge & quotes are valid for 30 days. Computer rendering is done in-house and color copies are $80 each. Rendering fees are discounted from the contract price upon hire of Ryan Construction. Engineering plans are an additional price, and are available in-house. All quotes & contracts written will have a license number, description of work, total contract price, payment terms, start date, estimated completion date, & client responsibilities (if any). We are a full service company, from A to Z. All jobs have an in-house project manager to work with you from the beginning, throughout completion of the job. If your home project is a large one, you will also have a foreman and crew dedicated to your home remodel from start to finish. Even its a small job, or repairs to be made, you will enjoy working with all of us and love the way we treat you & your home.
