While working full-time Shawn earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and his skills in the area of business give him a unique insight into how to negotiate/protect clients/find the best deal/market properties. His background of finding solutions for customers makes him precisely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. Shawn learned the skills in leadership/teamwork/organization unique to Fortune 500 companies and brings them to bear in his/Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers. Shawn Kemp entered the Real Estate world in order to be his own boss, and to improve the agent experience based on a past experience. Also, to provide better for his family/meet new people. He wants to help people feel confident to accomplish their real estate goals. Working in the corporate world gives Shawn an understanding of putting client's needs first. Shawn believes in connecting with clients to get a deep understanding of their needs. As a fiduciary, Shawn believes in integrity, and honesty. He spends his free time cooking, reading, dinning, watching sports, and playing video games with his youngest son.
