I was asked to write a paper in college about where I saw myself in my professional future. I was always interested in the world of finance, especially helping others who needed guidance. Without hesitation, I wrote that I wanted to work in the financial services industry "at a company like Edward Jones." A few years later, I was fortunate enough to realize that goal.I joined Edward Jones in 2007, opening the seventh office in South Bend. In addition to working with our clients, I have held several key leadership roles within Edward Jones to help further the development of both newer and experienced branch teams in Northern Indiana.I have been blessed to work with fantastic community organizations including Christ the King Catholic School and Church, where I have served on the finance council and athletic board. By far my favorite involvement has been through coaching. I have coached girls' basketball for Christ the King, as well as Upward Sports in Edwardsburg. I have also been active with Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka, South Bend Regional Chamber, Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, Kiwanis and the Knights of Columbus.A South Bend native, I attended Marian High School ('00). I hold Bachelor of Science degrees in business management and finance from Indiana University South Bend ('06). I have also earned the CFP® certification and AAMS® designation for financial professionals. My wife, Leanne, and I reside in Granger with our three daughters: Claire, Molly and Anna. Our family enjoys traveling and attending activities for the kids, including horseback riding, dance recitals and basketball games. I am an avid sports fan of the University of Notre Dame, Indiana University, the Chicago White Sox and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.My senior branch office administrator, Lisa Owen, has 17 years of experience with Edward Jones. As a team, we strive to understand what is important to our clients. We then use an established process to help them reach their goals and continue to partner with them throughout their lives to help ensure they stay on track.
