Shashi Khiani is a shareholder in the Securities and Corporate Finance practice. His practice focuses on representing public companies and underwriters in a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and follow-on offerings of equity and debt securities. Additionally, Shashi advises public and late-stage private companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance, disclosure matters and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations. Shashi also advises companies on stock exchange compliance matters. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Shashi practiced at international law firms in New York and Washington, D.C.
