Brian O'Connell retired from the Navy, and began his real estate career in 2007. Sharon was working as a RN when she met Brian in 2011. They married in 2012, and Sharon got her real estate license, starting real estate full time in 2013. They started Welcome Home Team in 2015, and have grown every year since. In 2021, Welcome Home Team helped over 400 families buy or sell their home. The team was also able to give back to the community, and provide opportunities for people in their world. Brian and Sharon are hands-on, and has incorporated their goal for every client to feel as if they are our only client. We rely on agent referrals, and have enjoyed the opportunity to network and learn from agents across the nation.
