Shari Guess has been a resident of Wise County since 1999 and has been involved in real estate since 2001 - buying, selling, owning and managing her own investment properties along with her husband Walter. Shari spent more than a decade as a "Referral Only" Realtor(r) which allowed her to give quality service to a small number of exclusive clients. She is working on her brokerage license and hopes to pass her broker's exam and cross that finish-line before the end of 2019. Shari and Walter are the proud parents of their teenage son Garrett. They also have several Great Danes-working closely with Great Dane Rescue of North Texas. Shari is a Christian and actively involved with her Wise County church family. Prior to real estate Shari owned her own business working as a professional organizer and also worked as a publicist and journalist in the Los Angeles and Nashville music industries. Her hobbies include choral music, where she performs in the Grand Chorus of the Dallas Millennial Choirs and Orchestras, also travel, trail riding, ballroom dance and any activity in the mountains. Shari is a Lyme-Disease survivor and enjoys advocacy work within the Lyme community, along with helping others to achieve their own recovery and remission. Shari has a passion for buying and selling homes and prides herself in great attention to detail, along with saving her clients many thousands of dollars in fees and commissions along the way.
