Shannon is a go getter, and one of the nicest realtor we have ever worked with. She was able to sell our land to the first couple that looked, she has handled all the arrangements so all we had to do was sign the paperwork.
Shannon is a professional with answers to all your questions and needs. She provided us with a wonderful experience. She went to the land with us multiple times. Highly recommend!

Shannon began her career with Coldwell Banker Conner Realty in the summer of 2016, where she started out working as an office administrative assistant. Her passion for real estate led her to pursuing her Salesperson license in 2017 then her Associate Broker's license in 2022. Shannon enjoys working with first time home buyers, and specializes in residential sales including new construction and development. She also offers home staging /design services which brings a creative element to her real estate career. Shannon & her husband welcomed their first child in 2021 and have firmly planted their roots in Bulloch County.
