I fell in love with all things real estate in the early 90s. I bought my first home at the age of 27, a 1920s era colonial with original hardwood floors and glass doorknobs. I paid $42K for a 2000 square foot foot, 3 bedroom home and in all my spare time I worked to beautify and maintain it, a labor of love. A year later, it was worth twice what I paid for it! I sold it, bought another 1920s home, and quickly got my real estate license! I was hooked! Not only do I love houses themselves, I became a hardcore believer early-on, that investing in real estate is an excellent way to build personal wealth. Over the years I have had the pleasure of personally buying & selling many homes of different styles and helping my clients do the same. I get a thrill out of every transaction! But as much as I love the houses...I enjoy the people I represent even more. I adore getting to know each of my clients and really asking the right questions to understand their objectives. All of my clients have become dear friends and a very large part of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. While I started my real estate journey in Oklahoma City, I eventually moved to Southern California and continued my real estate career there. I've been actively licensed in CA since 2012. For a few years I was simultaneously licensed in Arizona and had the pleasure of working with clients moving between the 2 states. Enjoying architecture and various types of topography & landscaping as I do, it was so much fun to explore and sell the beautiful southwestern style homes in Scottsdale and at the same time, come back to work in all of the wonderful towns in south Orange County, a dream job for sure! In 2022 I moved back to Oklahoma with my family. We live in beautiful East Edmond and love being surrounded by trees and living among the local deer and wild turkeys. My children are 17 and 12 so in my spare time, I'm usually supporting their various activities, spending time with family and long time friends, and exercising. I'm grateful every day for this business and am thrilled to be working with so many outstanding professionals at The Agency.
