Real estate is a powerful thing. Where you live becomes the center of your universe, your sanctuary away from it all, and a place where memories are made. Shannon truly understands this and wanted to chart a path to helping others achieve it. Originally from northern Ohio, Shannon moved to Florida over 20 years ago to earn her Bachelors degree in Resort and Hospitality Management at Florida Gulf Coast University. After many years in high-end hospitality and owning DIY boutique, AR Workshop Cape Coral, she has found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Shannon will graciously lead you through the real estate process. Whether a buyer, a seller, an investor, a local, an out-of-towner; she thinks of her clients as family. Lean on her as she is there to keep the process seamless, successful, and as low-stress as possible. When Shannon isnt making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys teaching spin class at the local hospital, anything active as she is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, kayaking with her family, and reading. Shannon resides in Cape Coral with her husband, Curt; two children, Samuel and Savannah; and their beloved black lab, Ty.
