Shannon possesses over 19 years experience in the health care industry, with 16 years focused in retail and hospital pharmacy. The last 5 years of those 16 years were focused in District Training and Management, For a national chain and managing 29 pharmacy locations. The later 3 years of my healthcare career were focused in Wellness Chronic Disease Management and Business Operations. She assisted heavily in the start up, implementation, development, growth of Triad Care Inc, which remains a thriving business in Guilford county. In 2013, with a daring bold move, She became a NC Real Estate Broker. Undertaking the task of Representing many clients with selling and /or purchasing homes, land, or commercial properties. Her reputation is held in high regard among her clients and colleagues. In 2016, to expand her knowledge base, she successfully completed the education and state certification exam, and became a NC licensed onsite wastewater inspector. (Also known as septic inspector) In 2020, She became broker in charge for a large national firm, but decided to get back to her roots in Rockingham County and start her own real estate firm and River Lake Homes LLC was born in 2021.
