My wife, Ginger, also grew up in Somerset. Recently, our two children became the fifth generation of our family to graduate from Somerset High School. Our family enjoys spending as much time as possible on beautiful Lake Cumberland or poking around on our farm. On Sundays, you'll likely hear me singing and playing guitar in the First Christian Church praise band. I serve on the board of directors of Faith Health Care, a not-for-profit rural health care clinic. For many years, I've had the privilege of serving as the chairman of the Missions Committee at my church. Doing so has propelled me and my family to the far reaches of the world for humanitarian service. Ask me about it, but be prepared to sit a while.
