Hi All, My name is Sean Waller. I reside in Irvine, California. I work with Easy Street Capital as an Account Executive. We focus on Single family residence fix/flip loans, ground up construction loans, owner occupied bridge loans, and cross collateral. If an investor decides to buy and hold, we often refinance the investment loan, into a conventional Mortgage. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, traveling, playing basketball, surfing, hiking, and many other things that can challenge me mentally and physically.
