Nice guy but disingenuous. Promised a gift card for difference in mistaken increase to make it right. Ignored 3 emails and 3 voice mails afterward over a period of 2 months. Would never answer calls. Dishonest
Sean worked diligently but could not get a decent rate for me in Missouri. I went with Progressive instead.
Very friendly and responds quickly to any questions. Best rates I can find.
