Recently, Sean was part of the planning committee that put together the 2018 parade of homes in Travisso. He scouted out all the custom builders that participated. Although he was behind the scenes, he played an instrumental part in an amazing show. One of Robbe's favorite real estate memories was of a family he met over 15 years ago. At closing they thanked her for a job well done and said, "You know you're the first Realtor we've stuck with all the way to closing." Robbe worked hard to build that relationship and it has paid off. The client later got a job transfer and had to leave the state. Robbe kept in touch and eventually the client called and said, "We hate it here we want to come back - find us our next home." Long before covid and the birth of virtual home buying they trusted Robbe and bought a home sight unseen other than pictures and are still there! Sean and Robbe travel to Colorado very frequently and have developed many relationships there and absolutely love working referrals from their friends and family.
