All steps of the loan process went very smooth. Scott kept us informed of the progress and steps that were next.
use Northpoint bank for a previous mortgage loan and had a great experience so we decided to use them again on this new home in Florida.
He was very knowledgeable about the process and walkes ua through it carefully.
Scott would go above and beyond to answer any of my question. He provided links, examples, etc to make sure I was well informed.
All went well. Appreciated the speed and the willingness to work with some odd insurance arrangements.
The entire was very professional and knowledgeabl.
