I am one of the owners of Hurst Lending. In addition to running our mortgage company, I am an attorney and have experience working in senior legal roles at large companies such as Dell and USAA. In addition to offering traditional home loans, I am also an active real estate investor with a large portfolio of residential and commercial real estate. I got into the mortgage business as an off shoot to my early real estate investing activities. Since my roots are tied to investing in real estate, we developed a wide variety of conventional and non-traditional real estate investor loan programs. I also built a Mortgage Investment fund for accredited investors and we lend our own funds for more creative loans.
