you call this law firm and it says, someone with be with you. you hold for 20 minutes and it says no one is available at this time. You can't leave a message. This is so unprofessional. I would never recommend this law firm.

Don't trust their online payment portal. You'll make multiple payments and then all of the sudden the payment is removed. Need to be reported to the bar for bad practice.
