    Called and got left on voicemail and then they called after a couple hours later, I can understand being understaffed but seriously I'm paying that much to not even be queued in or asked to leave a message and I even called early the morning...

    The agents always have an attitude, never answer when I call so I have to wait on a call back. I live in the Delano area and I was force to drive over an hour to Selma to sign paperwork they refused to send in the mail or email.
