Scott Therrien

SCOTT J. THERRIEN Scott J. Therrien is a licensed California attorney and real estate broker. During law school Scott served as an Executive Board Member of the Law Review and was a writer for the law school's Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition honors team. Scott graduated at the top of his law school class in1988. Scott has specialized in complex commercial litigation matters litigating cases for corporate clients with more than $250,000,000 at risk. In addition to conducting trials and handling appellate matters in both state and federal courts in California, Scott has experience on the national and international levels, including matters in Nevada, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Bermuda, Guam and Hong Kong. Scott's broad practice involves construction law andconstruction defect issues and other matters involving real estate, including assisting clients with the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial and residential properties. Other real estate sales professions often call upon Scott for advice concerning escrow and other transaction issues.
