As the firm's original Chief Operating Officer & Managing Partner and California Broker of record, Scott contributed to building the firm from a start-up to 44 offices and 1000+ real estate advisors. Scott is an accomplished sales, business development, and operations executive with 30 years of real estate experience. Scott is a leader and expert at driving sales and revenue across multiple business and production channels, a strategic thinker with tactical execution. Scott is skilled at developing high-performing business plans and executing them through functional teams.
