Scott has been a Panama City resident since 2008, is married to Kimberly and dad to 3 children. Scott grew up in Greenville, Illinois and attended Millikin University where he received a bachelors in music business. He then received a Master of Arts Degree in Choral Conducting from Florida Atlantic University and a Specialist inEducation Degree from The University of West Florida. Prior to working in real estate, Scott was a Professor at Gulf Coast State College where he taught music, Digital Media and managed 90.7FM WKGC. In 10 years at GCSC, Scott built solid relationships with many students and faculty, who he has now helped to get their first home or help them to sell their home and purchase another. Scott has been licensed since 2018.He was just getting his real estate business underway when Hurricane Michaelstruck. Through that tragedy, Scott began to help the community by working withinvestors and homeowners in the purchasing and selling of damaged homes. Thatexperience has helped Scott develop a segment of his real estate businessthat focuses on the purchase, renovation, and resale of repaired homes. In 2021 Scott was the top producer at Think Real Estate at over $12,000.000 in sales. His focus is to provide elite customer service from start to finish of the home buying process.
