Scott Ostlund is the Founder, Principal, and President of Ostlund Equities and Affiliates, a leading small building investment firm through which he has built a portfolio of industrial, office, residential and land properties valued at close to $1 billion. Ostlund is also an owner of the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, the minor league affiliate of the California Angels professional baseball team. In addition to his real estate and baseball activities, has sat on three boards including Gateway Business Bank. He is a Partner and Principal with Lee & Associates(r)-Ontario, a real estate brokerage firm.As Senior Vice President and Principal of Lee & Associates(r)-Ontario, Ostlund operates an office that produced more than $30 million in annual revenue. During me period of 1989 to 2009, Ostlund completed total transactional volume of more than a billion dollars.Ostlund has led Lee & Associates to triple-digit growth, while service on the executive board, overseeing all aspects of operations, business development, strategy formulation, and market penetration. Ostlund Equities, established to fill a lack of small building investors, grown to own over 350 million dollars of assets and manage over 1000 tenants.In 2015, he was a Co-Founder of AEF, a commercial property fund open to the nearly 1,000 agents of Lee & Associates nationwide. He also created Ostlund Vacation Property which are high end vacation homes that he owns catering to the hospitality business. These homes stretch from multiple islands off both coasts and across the mainland of the United States encompassing over seven states.After graduating with a Business degree from the University of Southern California, he began with Lee & Associates -Ontario as an Associate and Industrial Real Estate Specialist, earning several major awards for production. In 1993, Ostlund became Lee & Associates second youngest partner and principal. In order to take advantage of the steep declines of residential real estate in 2009 Scott formed Ostlund Equities Residential Properties (OERP). In the following year the company acquired over a 130 single family homes throughout western United States. All homes have been rehabbed and leased to occupants. As a past board member of Gateway Business Bank, Ostlund sat on the loan committee which has approved over $100 million of loans growing the assets of the bank to over $200 million in assets. A resident of Dana Point and La Quinta, California, Ostlund holds a Business degree from the University of Southern California. He is married with two children, Nicholas Scott: a football player at University of Pennsylvania, and attends Wharton School of Business. Olivia Grace his daughter attends NYU. His wife, Aleta, holds a degree in Financial Planning and is an instructor at Long Beach State University. Ostlund is an avid collegiate sports fan and licensed pilot.
