Scott E. Hartley is the owner of Hartley Law. His practice emphasis includes business and real estate matters in both transactions and litigation, elder law, and estate planning, decedent's estates, probate administration, trust administration, conservatorship and guardianship. Scott was born and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula. He is an active member of our community. He counsels many non-profit organizations and engages in other pro bono activities. Scott is the Past President and active in the leadership of the Peninsula Jewish Community Center. He is a member and Past-President of the Rotary Club of Burlingame, is a scholar with Wexner Heritage Program, and is a member of the Bioethics Committee of Mills-Peninsula Health Services. Scott enjoys coaching his girls' teams, serving hot lunch at their school, and traveling with his family.
